2nd thought, I shouldn't doubt the breakdown because the support had been tested many times, so the breakdown had chances. lesson learnt.

I was just try to ask you the line is tested so many time.
probably little bit brain wash by bulls for past few years, so the rule does not count for the support line.

美失业率续降 Fed利率前瞻指引拟修改

美国联准会（Fed）发布的会议记录显示，随著失业率持续接近Fed考虑升息的门槛，决策官员计划近期修改设定利率走向的前瞻指引。

Fed前主席柏南克任内最后一场决策会议的会议记录显示，与会官员同意，随著失业率逼近6.5%，联邦公开市场操作委员会（FOMC）近期修改前瞻指引，将十分适当，以便在失业率跌破6.5%后、提供更多关于利率决策的信息。

会议记录显示，「好几位」官员也说，在未适当修改经济展望之际，应明显假定，FOMC偏好在每次会议都缩减每月买债规模100亿美元。在美国失业率1月降至6.6%的逾五年来最低水平后，Fed决策官员正寻求让外界更清楚了解其持续支撑经济的规画。

会议记录也显示，Fed官员对于如何厘清前瞻指引，却立场分歧。会议记录指出，部分与会者偏好采用相同退场门槛的量化指引，其它官员则偏好扩大提供信息，说明会影响FOMC决策的因素。
