你是买的远期OPTION?
区别
1) in the US,  SPX OPTION gain/loss is taxed the same as future  (60% long-term, 40% short-term gain/loss)
2) SPX option settlement method is cash.  
3) 长期拿SPY CALL的话,如果ITM CALL, 你拿不到DIVIDEND, ~0.7/季度.   SPX不受dividend 影响.
4) SPX option bid/ask spread big, 买卖不方便.

I think SPX is synthetic index and doesn't have underlying assets. I could be wrong though.
