If consider two leg-up ended. then yes.

If there is the 3rd leg-up, then could see new high intraday. so far the 2nd leg-up weak, unlike the 1st one.

If we are going fail here intraday, /TF normally would fail first.

Giving heavy weight companies reporting after today's closing, I don't think we are going to fail ahead of the time.
