The main point is:

dow已经过了近期新高了， spx过了新高才看情况吧。 qqq的target， 看起来在67以上。 美国的国策看起来像是要吹起科技泡沫， 这看起来是一个好方法， 比房市， 国债泡沫好太多

现在美国房市还有泡沫吗？

最近，俺们大家拿有人鼓吹南下投资房市，应该比股市有潜力吧？

当然当然， 房市泡沫早已破了，破坏力大家也都见识了，所以相当时期内，房市没戏。美国经济要想繁荣， 就需要有吸引世界资金的热点， 这样新泡沫在所难免。国债泡沫也快完了， 科技泡沫是个好选择。2002-2003科技泡沫破了也没太大副作用， 并且留下了microsoft， google很多一流的实体公司，美国也因此保持领先

i sold a bit long in last 1.5 month. but still hold most of it.
