IWM usually leads. Now that IWM has made lower low to Aug 9 low, I guess SPY may follow and make lower low, too and form positive divergence on daily chart.

Thanks for such an artistic touch on TA. I like the *73%. Very creative yet convert time value to magnitude value. Nice touch. I think now you ramp up your power output to 70% now. Can't image what happens at 100%.
