carpool lane (AKA diamond lane) only works 5:00am-9:am in the morning and 3:00pm-7:00pm afternoon.

I wrote a traffic jam on the way to an oppointment. no highway, no daycare, no carplane,,,, but similar situation: you need make a choice --- decision-making.
