Hi old snake, here are my suggestions (and absolutely not commercial!):
1: Try The Vibram FiveFingers shoes which can be bought at REI etc. I saw more and more guys wearing them. They are great. You probably should start slow, wearing less than 2 hours a day and mostly on soft grounds...
2. Read the Primal Fitness guide. PrimalBlueprint.com. You can find books and reviews on Amazon. It is probably the best fitness guide out there, and easy to follow. “The Primal Blueprint: Reprogram your genes for effortless weight loss, vibrant health, and boundless energy” |
