Does anyone use IB WebTrader?  I cannot make buy orders today. Do you have the same problem? When I click "Preview Order", there is an error message "Please select Valid Exchange". But Under the "Exchange", there is only one choice "SMART", and it is already selected. Please tell me what I should do to make orders.
