You have to create your own screener no matter what tools you use. And you have to manually pick from all the screener results. There's no simply way doing the picks.

during 00-02 bear market, many high-tech workers lost job, some (friends of friends) became day traders.
At the end of 2003, I heard they all go back to look for full-time job. At that time I thought it was b/c they were not successful traders, now I understand it's because of boredom.
