高盛仍坚信FED会推出QE3

万维读者网记者唯一编译报道: CNBC刊登文章说，本星期三美国高盛再次宣称，美国政府还是有很大机会再次出资刺激经济的，时间可能是今年末期或者2012年初。

在一份报告中他们说，现在联邦储备在处理经济方面比以前小心谨慎了很多。


本星期二联邦储备会议后宣布将继续维持低利率政策，预期美国的失业率会缓慢下降，并暗示会采取应对措施-如果美国经济进一步恶化的话。

联邦储备保证维持接近于零的利率到2013年中，这已经比华尔街预期的要大胆，因为那是两年后的事情。高盛认为这暗示着如果经济数字走下坡路的话联邦储备会继续注资刺激经济。

高盛的研究报告预期美国经济再次进入衰退的机率是33%，如果发生的话，联邦储备最方便的对应方法就是采取常规性的QE，或者还有更进一步的干预措施。

当然，如果美国经济发展比预期的要强劲，那么新的QE就不会发生；如果通货膨胀严重了，联邦储备也不可能在推出QE3。

美国经济最大的问题是房地产市场，根据CNN Money的报道，美国的房价近期仍在下跌。在六月30日截止的三个月里二手房降价2.8%。从2009年开始，美国房价一路走下坡。

通常来讲每年春天是房屋交易最火爆的季节，应该是一年里交易量最多的，但是这个春节美国的房屋市场只能说是在勉强挣扎着，与上一个季度相比，二手屋销售量下降了5.4%，与去年同期相比下降12.7%。

如果房地产市场不好转，美国经济再次进入衰退的可能性就非常大。

Wow, you are right. 2 on 5-minute and 4 on 1 minute. My model somehow show tomorr ...

If the index further breaks down and close LOD today, then it is just impossible to reach the P-bar target tomorrow.

Wow! two more P-bars on SPY 5min chart today. We got totally 6 p-bars so far today!

You may be right. But since today's huge drop is driven by a few heavy weighted stocks like AAPL and GOOG, it is not impossible for a huge rebounce someday later when MM's push up those stocks like AAPL and GOOG.

We know PCLN, AAPL and GOOG can drop $20-50 in a day like nothing. But we also know they can pop up $20-50 in a day like nothing.

想北上抗日的都发了五六次急电了，南下逃跑的好象还是不情愿。意见不统一，战役进展就不会太顺利。
