　　新浪财经讯 北京时间7月13日凌晨消息，美联储今天发布了6月21日到22日货币政策制定会议的会议纪要。纪要显示，美联储已经在原则上设定了该行将如何开始退出宽松货币政策立场的步骤，但并未表明该行将在何时退出这一立场。

　　纪要显示，美国联邦公开市场委员会(FOMC)委员对通胀和经济增长速度都感到担心。一些委员表示，如果经济增长速度过慢而无法压低失业率，那么可能需要采取更多的政策刺激性措施；但另外一些委员则表示，通胀可能会促使美联储比市场预期更快地退出宽松政策立场。

　　纪要称，美联储设定的退出步骤是，首先停止将其所持债券的本金用于进行再投资，然后在同时或稍晚时候改变联邦基金利率的未来指导原则，随后调高联邦基金利率目标，再在第一次升息以后出售机构债，目标是在未来三到五年时间里出售机构债。

　　另外值得注意的是，美联储决定采纳外部交流指导方针，尤其是为了除纪要内容以外不透露联邦公开市场委员会委员的其他观点，或是货币政策制定会议上发生的事情。(文武)

Honestly I have no idea it will be bullish or bearish. If it was B, I would expect a bigger rebounce that's why I was asking if it could be (5) of A
