That's minimum requirement. I had to get several extra documents than before to be refinanced. I have refinanced several times, Provident Funding and Washington Mutual were the two with lowest rate every time. Sadly Washington Mutual is gone...

L/V < 80%,  DTI Ratios < 45% required.

我早就看过了，今天最大的特点不是冲出很多，而是SPY整个都在BB外面（Assume今天不暴跌）。这种情况，如果从1990年以来来看而对牛牛有利，但是2000年后，就有点点熊熊edge了，不过只有4个case。
