I guess they bought Puts for leverage which had time decay already for past two months.

    My point is GOOG should be a great 追落后 play at last week.

While, if market down ,yes  the play would lose too, but if market continues up, there is no way GOOG does not catch up.

GOOG calls are relatively cheap, so it could be 10 x easily.

did you check the call price before and after? I don't think it's N times. Around double I think ...

Market should close to top.

Look at QQQQ, at 47 right now. it only passed 50 during the peak of 2007 run since mid2001.
