We will NOT have a QE3 at the moment. This apparently is quite obvious. However, when this becomes reality tomorrow, people may feel negative more strongly. This situation is similar to the case of SP down-grading the US bond rating. Many people expected it happening. However, when it actually happened, it still produced a big impact. Therefore, I expect a significant drop of markets tomorrow and a small red close today.
