什么叫给足discount?
既然是0利率,就是没有discount乐。

It's just a bond with no coupon interest payment (every 6 months normally), but this kind of 'Zero Coupon Bond' sells on discount to its par value, at its maturity date investors get 1 payment at its par value. Zero coupon bond doesn't have reinvest risk, some investors love it.
Like T-Bills , 30 days, 90 days , 180days , 360 days, they are all the same as Zero Coupon Bond, sell on discount, payback at par value, but only difference is T-Bills are all short term within 360 days. |
