all these news is preparing for spending more stimulation money.  spending more more money will have more debt, more debt will cause double dip ressesion (o8's world).

你的这种情况，有几个选择。

1，不套利。放止损在平手的位置。这样保证不亏。
2，套部分利，剩下的放止损，可以放远一点。

有利有弊，安全了，获利的可能性就变小了。所以要你自己决定。
有时侯止损放得太近，容易被震出去。

It is not about money, 5 miilion is not a big number, the whole project costs billions if it really goes through.
But it is all about potential. Power Grid is huge market. and no big player in this area yet.

It's very good news.
