我觉得这更应该是坏消息。

无风不起浪，如果EU 打算为银行的资本充足率上做补救策略，这说明他们应该已经为希腊或者其它EU 小国的倒债做准备了。

OT 失败的另一个现象：long term treasury bonds yield crashed, but mortgage interest rate does not follow...

原以为今天可以拿到 15-y 3%以下, 但最好的报3.25%，和一周前并无二致。

even SPY is almost revisit the Aug low, but AAPL and AMZN still way higher than Aug low.
so, they are strong stock to add more or they will join the downtrend soon?
