Could be the firewall just blocking the Silverlight, but not freestockcharts.com site so it's keep on trying. Do you have access to your firewall setting?

Go to Control Panel, -> Windows Firewall, and click on Exceptions tab, if Silverlight is not already in there, click on Add program and find Microsoft Silverlight and then Ok, Ok, and try it again.
