4.5 is the annualized interest rate, it is much higher than libor...... libor 3m now is less than 50 bps....

I know they are not, but in this market which one is really worth their current market cap? There are companies  has negative income, no turning around  potential in sight , no asset (if you subtract goodwill or intangible bullshit) on the book, are still trading at high price. FA doesn't work at this moment.

    Greece might volunteer to restructure its debt to reduce 25% principal without triggering a CDS event. it seems market has been expecting this for a while, otherwise, I can't explain the persisted negative basis between CDS and cash bond.
