yeah, that's a good deal.

Maybe just use his name for some attraction.  They need to raise capital anyway, otherwise they won't satisfy the latest regulation standard.

Countrywide Financial deal was really the worst luck happened on BAC,  it's like a poison.

I heard from CNBC, Buffet gets Prefered share.
Prefered share has special benifit.

It's redeemable preferred shares,  with dividend of course.

Plus, he got some warrants to purchase common shares by some price in future years.  

Ideally, if with his fame, and BAC gets some luck in the coming 2~ 3 years, and its common shares go up big above the warrant strike price,  Buffett will get a lot money from the warrants too.

It's win but no lose game for him,  unless if BAC disappears.

prefered share get divident , ?% on prefered high price. that's good enough stable income.

小型版不见得起飞距离短，
起飞距离看推重比和翼载。

重量也不是问题，估计这东西没有Mig31重，也就和su33  F14差不多。

不是，而是在这里很多反基督教的言论也涉及对旧约，对上帝的攻击。
