another advantage for ZN and ZC is, basically you just 相信党相信人民。
for emini, you have to worry about reversal all the time, yes, all the time. Today is typical example.

for forex, since it's too choppy in 5mins. It'd be better to trade bigger time frame with smaller size, like H1, H4 or daily.
