Let me know why you cannot? I mean if you really want to signup now. Otherwise, it's OK, no need to signup or donate. I just thought it might be a program error.

OK, I just saw your PM. Here's the answer again:

You have to use "Checkout with Paypal" button to signup. Donation is donation, won't get you signed up. You can try the "Checkout with Paypal" button again. After you successfully signed in, let me know your id and your previous donation name, I can refund your donation money.
