INTERMEDIATE-TERM: INITIAL PULLBACK TARGET MET BUT COULD BE MORE

 

No update, see 02/05/2010 Market Recap, Fib 38.2% retracement target was met, but I suspect there’s more. There’s a chance that after the pullback is over, we’ll see a new high followed by a bigger pullback thereafter.

 

SHORT-TERM: NO CLEAR DIRECTION  

 

0.0.2 SPY Short-term Trading Signals，整了个Doji，可能是反转也可能是continuation，要看明天。短期方向不明。从上面的表格可以看到，short-term有一点点overbought了，加上今天的After Bell Quick Summary里提到的，negative seasonality and generally bearish Thursday，因此明天pullback的可能性大些，not sure。

 

 

今天最有意思的是stock screener找到了50个candidates。大家知道，我的stock screener通常每天能发现1个candidate就很不错了，而昨天找到了7个，今天则一下子有50个之多。目前用的这个stock screener的scan condition有三：

1. In strong downtrend.
2. Overbought.
3. Bearish reversal bar (including filled black bar and hollow red bar).

因此，有50个stock found就意味着今天有大量的stock形成了bearish reversal bar，这是不是表示大盘到了一个重要的转折点了呢？可能明天就知道了。
