The NYAD and NYUD has been going through negative divergence with SPY for a few months.  ALso what worries me most of the 52wk low is way above 52wk high, and at the peak of market.   This should only be seen at market bottom, not at market top.  Something is not right.

感觉现在就是PC-RATIO 没上去。要是上去了，SPY 必掉头向下。。

PC 没上去是因为fund manager大量卖股而不是买put。
（所以基本上VIX没啥spike up. 你只有可能在市场跌的时候买put以保护持有股.PC没上代表是fund manager在套现金，以便转入其他sector。）
