以前有人说其实FED bond buying program 并不是导致股市上涨的主要原因，而是低利率造成股市上涨，只要利率底，股市就会上涨。公司就会买进自己的股票。不知老大如何看？洗耳恭听。

FED 利率，3%在这张图里啥也不是,



但是，3% 是常年的通胀率。
