胡同里有用ＭＡＣ的吗？

主席刚买了台Ｍac，现在最不习惯是鼠标，ＰＣ里right click就可以Copy-Paste，Ｍac里还要按Ctrl键，再right click

很麻烦，有没有什么快捷的方法？

不行，iMac有专用的鼠标。

You can define the mouse keys for yourself. If you use a magic mouse, it is even more flexible.

Basic mice work for basic functions. I have been using some trackball mice for many years on my Mac machines and they have a driver (configuration interface) for mac OS.
