我也有个自己的例子。有一次我在amazon上面买了一本书，大概100美元。买了2-3个星期也不见书来。我就跟他们联系，结果他们说会再给我寄一本。后来结果我陆续收到了两本书。我告所他们我收到了两本，结果他们也是这么说的，“把书送给需要它的人吧。“ 我就把书给了我同学一本。

Same thing happened to me. and then i returned one back to amazon. that time I was long AMZN :-)

my ipad had some prolem 15 days before one year warrenty expired. when i sent it back to store, they didn't even check/ask what is wrong and gave me a new one. . i had to tell them the color wents wrong, the pink lotus color is changed to green.
