四目以待 - Tradable Bottom?

大盘走到今天，比较关键了，本周的结果，影响中期走势。
Is it a tradable bottom? I believe so.
止损1310sharp， YMYD！

Bullish factors:
hollow red bar
TrendLine support
a-b-c correction is done
BB low band support
50dMA support

Bearish factor
VIX doesn't reach extreme yet

QQQ and SPY hold on the trend line, but IWM has broken down (but hold on MA100), what do you think?

What concerned me is that, the market has gone a long way from last July from 1010 to 1344, but only had minor corrections in March from 1344 to 1250; where are these chips? Are these fund managers still holding big chunk of their shares and wait for higher places?
