Pacific Investment Management Co's Total Return fund sold all its U.S. government-related securities, including U.S. Treasuries and agency debt, a source familiar with the fund's holdings said on Wednesday.

I am not totally surprised by the news.

Put the Feb. and Mar. monthly overlook by Bill Gross together, you can sense something is not quite right between the "bond king" and the Fed.

From Bill Gross's analysis, most importantly, his action, it is pretty sure that PIMCO does NOT believe that there will be QE3.

Though the jury is still out (Fed will win? or Bill will win?), but be careful, bulls!
