Cycle analysis tells me that market is top now

One of my coworkers introduce me to use this web. I am glad to see many TA people, no emotion, I like it. According to TA and sentiment survey, plus cycle analysis, I expect the market will drop next week. I see someone talking about time window, I don't really understand. Can someone tell me how to figure out time window? Also, I am new registered, how can I jack up my points so I can read more information?

MKT may drop briefly next week, maybe 1 day, then going new high. You call that drop?
