This forum is important to reader's health. Please be a little more serious to copy/paste articles here.

Recently, I found some HTer put too much obvious misleading information here. You at least read the article once, before you copy/paste arbitrary Internet article here.

It is NOT because I am picky. It is not because I am a health expert. Everybody could make mistakes. However, don't put something obvious wrong here, please.
