anyone uses Millennium Trust Company?

I would like to learn if anyone uses Millennium Trust Company for a IRA account? what is your experience with this firm.  Trade Station requires me open a ira account with this firm. however i found complains against this firm as they hold back clients money for their own trouble.
any other firm you recommend to open an IRA account so that can trade using platform of trade station or others.
your feedback would be appreciated.

You can open IRA/Roth/Rollover account in tdameritrade. You can trade stocks and mutual fund.
