By Polya Lesova FRANKFURT (MarketWatch) -- Stock futures erased their losses to trade higher on Wednesday after data showed that U.S. private-sector employment increased in July, rekindling hopes of a strong economic recovery. U.S. private-sector firm employment rose 42,000 in July, according to the ADP report. Down 25 points before the data, futures on the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 5 points to 10,599 in recent trading. Nasdaq 100 futures gained 2 points to 1,895 and S&P 500 futures added 0.30 point to 1,118.60. |
