Daily update 4/23

Break Out in all 3 indexes. But, they need to be confirmed next Monday.
OEX P/C ratio is way too low, and in favor of bulls.
Money flow into mkt on daily and weekly, but negative on monthly basis.
Financial is legging, and it could drag the whole market.
All indexes in weekly charts are bullish. Buying dip will probably still work, won't it?
