Fed stopped buy mortgage backed security completely today, no impact at all?

Fed is no longer buying, but seems market does not care.
Gov is selling CITI, seems no significant impact even to C's price.

Even a fool knows that market has run its course for a long time, but again, as it always is said, market goes to the opposite direction against what the mass think. Then the higher it goes, the severer the concern, so it will keep going up forever?
