Sales number 跟09年比略降，可是比08年好多了。谁知道$8000 credit是什么时候开始实行的？

确实是location最重要吧...
像大城市的金融区，大学城这些地方价格都疯涨，但是这种地方毕竟是少数

I am living in one of the cities that was hit hard during the housing crisis. I saw very few new houses posted recently. The short sale and foreclosures are still at very low price. But listing prices for the organic sales are trending high. Though i believe not many home buyers will buy those with many short sales or foreclosures available.
