This is the second time the wind goes to north in one week. Although this signal need several trading days to confirm, the market is feeling warm.

2010-02-16 SPX 1095 South Wind(confirmed)

The strong south wind confirmed is a waste word today. We felt south wind several days ago. And the south wind becomes strong, we do not need concern the north wind now. We can sleep and wait for the north wind blowing up.
Plus, $CPC ma(10) is back to trail, the second signal confirmed.
And now, $SPX H(MACD(12,26,0)) cross up to zero today, short term up trend is forming.

South wind is warm.

TA signal is slow, but give me some confirmation.

Bullish:
Hist(macd) goes to positive
Full STO positive cross several days.

Neutral:
CPC ma(10) is high, waiting for back. If CPC goes to high, there may be an unexpected huge negative  event, but so far, there is no any clue.
ADX is negative, but close to.

Bearish:
under ma(50);
ma(50) cross down ma(70)
macd is under 0

Ride the bull, even bull walks slowly.

A long term player should not follow the bull now. This is a weak bull.
Institution index is extreme low. as low as July 2007. This is a long term top signal and shows that institution is selling.
CPC ma(10) is high. It should go back. When it goes into the env., the market is bullish. Now, it is.
After CPC ma(10) reach the bottom edge, the market will form the head(or the second head).At this point, em... in March ... Fed run out of the stimulus money ..., Bear will soar.

Anyway, bull is working hard now, as well as south wind is warm. US Dollar played a black bar today, will go down? Can we expect a mad cow next Monday, as Cobra's green Monday?

CPC ma(10) is coming back to edge.
All TAs are bullish, STO is cross over bearish, but it is on overbought level. Maybe keep up for a while.
