规则如下：

这一局赌周一（2010年2月8日）$SPX 收盘的涨跌。

请在开市之前投票，投票将在2010年2月8日9:30EST 开盘时结束。

投票后下注，可在$10 ~ $1000范围内随意下注，转账给bank9，并在“附言”中注明，操作详情请看：如何转账。

押对、但没有转账下注者，不算赢。切记！切记！

2010年2月8日16:00EST 收盘时决定胜负。

所收到总钱数按比例分给下注获胜的一方，也就是：收到总钱数 / 赢方总钱数 x 个人下注钱数。

版主在结束后公布获胜方的胡同邻居名单和各自赢得的钱数，从bank9转到获胜各位的账号，请查收。
