网上看了一气，现放笔记上来。
1. 这是一个以高风险追求高回报的封闭基金，以求短期高回报为主，长期增长为辅。。
“PHK's primary investment objective is to seek high current income. Capital appreciation is a secondary objective.”
2。 于Dec15， 2009 投资公司改变了PHK的投资策略，以下的摘抄有点令我迷茫，说实话，好像对几个CCC及BBB的概念不太清楚。
好像由可无限量投资垃圾债变为只能最高投20%到CCC/Caa及以下债卷，但规则改变之前好像投有超过10%。
“Specifically, the policy of PHK, which may invest without limit in below investment grade securities, has been revised such that the Fund may not invest more than 20% of its total assets in securities that are, at the time of purchase, rated CCC/Caa or below by each agency rating the security, or unrated but judged by PIMCO to be of comparable quality. PHK previously observed a limit of 10% of its total assets in CCC/Caa or lower securities.”

3. Pimco的创始人Bill Gross从Dec 15， 2009 重新接手包括PHK的四只Fund。估计有人栽了。

挺厉害，管着550Billion的钱钱。
4. PHK 盘子不大，1.21Billion而已，同一个Family中还有PCM（91.68M）, PKO（290.94M） and PGP（178.05M），相比较而言，PHK在其中四只算大的。但相比Pimco的550Billion，很小。Pimco的后台老板更大，Allianz Global Investors Fund Management, a unit of Allianz SE (ALVG.DE), Europe's biggest insurer。
5. Volume， 平均日交易量700K-800K， Dec30----8.2 Million，Dec31----2.1Million， Jan4----5.1Million.
前几天的三根大红棒棒，估计是Dec 15号前出了大问题， 导致基金经理被开，大老板接手。但有大的股东不计代价离场，而Pimco的实力雄厚，把盘子又接了回去。目前局面至少稳定下来了。
