I remember that some HTer has posted a 50 year statistics of December record, the highest gain was 0.06%, and almost all December gains were flat. He/she suggested bought dip and sold bounce in December no matter what.

I did/am doing according what he suggested and have done good so far.

However, I could not remember who said this, and could not find the post. If someone remember it, or the poster sees this post, please find the post for us.
