Oil and oil service are related but this time they become less correlated. It may be OK to be bullish on oil and bearish on oil service.

The oil consumption is down - so despite the good oil price, the major oils are scaling back exploration. Therefore the service companies are having a tough time - not enough projects after current ones are finished.

Also because of the low activity in the upstream, there is a good reason to be bullish on oil.
