有点迷惑， 如何在减少流动性的同时保持零利率 。 最重要的数字是 M3， 不过好像是不公开的

There is two rate, the Fed Fun Rate and the market rate. Fed Fund Rate is the target and Fed will use open market operation (inject or pull out liquidity into/from market) to drive market rate toward the target. It could happen that, when market is panic, no matter how much liquidity injected, the market rate will not drop; as well as when market is euphoria, no matter how much liquidity removed, the market rate still not increase. Hopefully this explains your question. |
