wow, in US, the property tax is pretty high, much higher than Canada. my town is only 1.0001%, just beside Toronto, but lower than Toronto. People already started complaining about property tax hike in the recent years.

不能介么比。人家4%的地税，可能房价是按10年前估的，你介里是按1年前估的，差很远哈。

美国不是没三年重新估测地价吗？难道有的州很久都不估测地价？看来要搬家了。

the rent of 500k house could be 40k for a full year in my area, approximately. but only owner pay this 4% property tax.

We might see the house price 跌，but I don't think it will 大跌
Looking for long term, the strong US Dollar will benifit US economy. You can review the data and chart of the past 80 years.
