Watch out next week's big tech earning calendar. Could be some big movers of market up and down.
Besides tech, next week is a busy week for a few DOW 30 ticks and 110+ S&P ticks.
Monday:
Companies reporting in the coming week include Apple, Texas Instruments, Boston Scientific and Gannett Monday.
Tuesday:
Caterpillar, Coca-Cola, DuPont, Pfizer, United Technologies, Black Rock, Coach, Lockheed Martin, UAL, Parker-Hannifin, Yahoo and United Health release results Tuesday.
Wednesday:
Boeing, Eli Lilly, Wells Fargo, Continental Air, Morgan Stanley, Amgen, and eBay report.
Thursday:
AT&T, Merck, 3M, Travelers, UPS, Bristol-Myers, American Express and McDonald's are among the highlights Thursday.
Friday:
Microsoft, Schlumberger, Whirlpool and Honeywell report Friday.
One thing I observed this week, is that more analysts and investors are eying closely on the topline revenue and real growth, the bottom line profit and EPS beat is no more fun to the bulls. With this game change, the bulls are setting the bar over too high for the companies to jump. |
