Assume we have the range high and low but the high may not hold another test so a rebound here (i.e. anywhere before touching the lower boundary) would have chances to make a breakout. So a range with up bias it is $SPY $SPX $ES_F

The 3rd touch, breakout is more likely. More often the 3rd touch breakout would be false, usually the 4th touch breakout would be for real $SPY $SPX $ES_F
