where do u think we are at on the sentiment chart?  I believe we are still at the early to mid stage of buy dip and high enthusiasm.  We will have more panic periods down the road.  Problems with this magnitutde won't be solved this easy.

I don't agree with LZ. This applies only if market has turned into a bull market, and to form a top for the bull market run. Not in this bear market (which I truely believe we are still in).

In a bear market, it does not take bears turned to bulls to form a top for a big rally. Big bears can keep their position why small bears get killed in the rally.

Another point I'd like to make is that those bag holder (in long position) do not get an opportunity to get out even in a bear market rally. Only those who baught bravely at the bottom will pocket big gains.

Therefore, I still believe we are at the top of this rally, or very close to it. I know it takes time to slow down the rally and see it turns.

But that doesn't matter too much to me as long as the long term trend is still going down.
