Consolidation, breakout is more likely. It could be an uptrend day but since it'd be within the yesterday's range so I'll treat it as a range day which mean buy dip only $SPY $SPX $ES_F

Testing the day high for the 3rd time. Need a couple of bars of consolidation before the breakout can be successful. Breakout now might not hold $SPY $SPX $ES_F
