嗯！每天都是千点以上的跌法。。真没想到美股也会如此跌。。我想是这么多年的牛市害的。

The NY Fed just announced it will offer $500 billion in a three-month repo operation Thursday afternoon -- and then will do the same thing the next day. Moreover, the Fed said it will offer a $500 billion one-month repo operation Friday and take additional steps as well.   - do you understand the relationship? can you explain please. thanks

纽约联储局和美联储是各自独立的吧。具体的操作不清楚，需要查一查。

2008年救市的时候，4巨头联合开会：财政部长、美联储主席、纽约联储局主席、世界银行行长。
