Going to cut loss with my small PUT.  Look like direction now has become clear and I guess there should be more on the downside into FOMC meeting next week?

Closed all of my shorts today with a decent gain. All in cash now. IMHO, market can go either up or down, short-term wise. I can't tell. Today's shake-up already ate a piece of my profit.

I remember that I told you last Thursday i was out of shorts and waited for a bounce to short. Friday the rally came (more than a bounce) and of course I shorted against it. Riding down two days for a gain and waiting for the next opportunity. I was very surprised that market didn't crash today. anyhow, it doesn't help argue with market. I see the risk for the market to go down further, but in the mean time, SPX is on a strong support and it can rally from here. Not sure where the market heads into Fed meeting, so I am out for now. Waiting for your strong signal.......

Too bad that both my reliable short-term long and short signals aren't giving me a clear picture of what to do at this stage.  The only thing I know is the direction which points to a slightly bearish view at this moment.  My game plan at this stage is to use Swing system to play more on the Short than Long side with small amount of capital.  Speaking of which, I use 7% of my portfolio to buy PUTs and 5% of my portfolio to buy CALLs while waiting for those reliable short-term signals to kick in.

Check Futures chart when you've time.  It clearly shows the support trend-line starting from last October has been broken tonight.  It has been tested few times at this moment, but it couldn't break back above.

Market seems to show weakness right now.  Red circle shows that when red line crossing below green line, market USUALLY show weakness.   This indicator is also confirmed by MACD.  Remember this chart is for intraday market only which means it lasts for half an hour to few hours.

Rebound here, but I don't think bulls have the strength to test its previous high today.
