全球54国 去年自由民主倒退噜

美国非政府组织「自由之家」23日公布年度报告，2013年全球政治权利和公民自由状况连续第八年下降。去年有40国的政治权利和公民自由状况改善，但有54国开倒车。

自由之家评比各国政治权利和公民自由，等级分为1至7 ，1最自由、7最不自由，今年是第41度发表自由度报告。台湾政治权利获评1级，公民自由为2级，评比与前一年相同。

中国大陆的政治权利为最低的7级，公民自由为6级，整体自由程度为6.5，被评为「不自由国家」。越南、老挝、柬埔寨、缅甸和朝鲜也都是「不自由国家」。

其它亚太地区国家和地区，台湾、韩国、日本、印尼和澳洲属于「自由国家」。菲律宾、泰国和马来西亚被列为「部分自由国家」。

41年来 最长时间持续恶化

报告说，2013年全球民主自由状况更加恶化，包括埃及发生军事政变，委内瑞拉继续实行集权政治，俄罗斯总统普亭大力镇压反对派。叙利亚、中非共和国、南苏丹、阿富汗、索马里、伊拉克和也门等地发生内战冲突和恐怖攻击，也造成民主自由状况更差。

自由之家表示，举行民主选举的政体增至122个，但去年政治权利和公民自由倒退的国家比改进的国家多，已连续八年呈现此现象，是41年来最长的持续恶化。

well, you can do anything what you want in Taiwan, so it is 自由民主.
but the quality of 自由民主 is low.

Democracy and freedom system have precondition: 1 minority must follow majority in action, 2 although minority must follow majority in action, Majority must give minority express diffrent opinion, but minority must observe peace and resasonable, no fighting. Only precondition satisfy, democracy and freedom system make sense. Taiwan 2 coditions deffinitelly no satisfy. Therefore Taiwan democracy doen't make any senese at all!!! YSC LaoDa, Do you agree? Thanks.
